Ben Affleck’s Surprising Family Connection to The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives

Step aside Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Lopez, there's a new Jennifer Affleck on the scene.

Believe it or not, Ben Affleck has a surprising connection to one of the stars of Hulu's new reality series The Secret Life of Mormon Wives—and she's already dubbed herself the "new Jenny From the Block."

TikTok influencer Jennifer Affleck became part of the famous family when she married Ben and Casey Affleck’s second cousin Zac Affleck in 2019 (Zac's dad is the actors' first cousin Dave Affleck).

"To be honest, when he first told me, I didn’t believe him," Jen exclusively told E! News. "It wasn't until his grandpa confirmed it that I realized it was true."

Even more uncanny is the fact that the social media star has multiple names in common with the the Oscar winner’s second wife.

"It’s ironic because my mom named me after J.Lo," the 25-year-old added. "My name is Jennifer Lynn Affleck!"

But despite having A-list relatives, Zac doesn't go bragging about his Oscar-winning family members.

"He definitely doesn’t talk about it much," Jen noted. "I’d say most people are unaware of the connection."

Since tying the knot five years ago, the Utah-based couple—who are parents to daughter Nora, 2, and 14-month-old son Lucas—haven't had any visits from Ben or Casey.

As Jen noted, "The only Afflecks I know are the ones directly connected to Zac."

However, she hopes the Hollywood icons tune in to see her #MomTok drama play out on her new reality show.

"I hope they watch it," Jen told E!, "and become a fan."
